This grilled salmon is seasoned simply and cooked over an open flame for a tender, flaky texture with rich smoky flavor in every bite. Finished with fresh lemon and herbs, it’s a quick and easy meal that brings restaurant-quality taste straight to your kitchen while staying light, fresh, and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush them with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Season the salmon evenly on all sides.
  4. Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes.
  5. Carefully flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until the salmon is flaky and has grill marks.
  6. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
  7. Serve hot with grilled vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
