Smoked Wings Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • Wood chips or pellets for smoking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. Pat the wings dry and toss them with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Coat the wings evenly with the seasoning blend.
  4. Place the wings directly on the smoker rack and smoke for about 1½ to 2 hours, flipping halfway through.
  5. Brush the wings with BBQ sauce during the last 15 minutes for a sticky, caramelized finish.
  6. For extra crispy skin, raise the heat to 375°F for the final 5–10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with ranch, blue cheese, or your favorite dipping sauce.

These smoked wings come out juicy, smoky, and packed with bold barbecue flavor in every bite.
